These SODI RT8 Rental karts are in amazing condition and hardly used from new. Bought via SodiKart from Carlos Sainz as part of his fleet that were totally under-used during Covid, these things are in fantastic condition and you will not find better condition, low milage karts anywhere. The SODI RT8 is the next generation of rental kart and can be found in all of the top International tracks around the world offering a strong balance of comfort, safety, and a fast, enjoyable driving experience.
Imported as part of our project to bring leisure karting and promote motorsport growth at Killarney race circuit (which didn't happen), these karts now are stored safely at the new ANGRi HQ in Killarney Gardens and are fully serviced and ready to go to a new racetrack with full parts and technical support from Sodi locally in South Africa.
Our Honda GX270cc powered RT8s are the very top specification with adjustable pedals for different driver heights, roll over hoops, safety belts, custom covers and the Formula style (rectangle) steering wheels. The karts are also fitted with the upgraded 'Super Quiet' exhaust from Sodi as well as brand new carburettors. Each kart can also be made available with a DeHaardt shutdown transponder which allows go-kart track personnel to remotely control engine speed or stop karts instantly via a remote, enhancing safety.
